Jelly Dessert | Coconut MilK Jelly Without Gelatin | Coconut Milk Jelly Dessert
Ingredients:
1 tsp agar-agar powder
60 ml condensed milk
120 ml coconut milk, at room temperature
2 tbsp water
6 tbsp sugar
Method:
Mix agar- agar with cold water and keep that aside.
Heat the pot & add 120 ml coconut milk.Reduce the heat immediately, add condensed milk, sugar and agar-agar.
Mix well & cook for 5 mins (don't over boil), let it cool down a bit.
Pour in silicone mould & refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Decorate with some fruit.
